Summary

Your photos are used to make your video. We keep our uploaded-photo copy for about 7 days. AI providers have separate retention rules.
We do not sell your data or use your photos for our own AI training.
You can ask us to delete your account and videos at any time.

Account details: your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in with Google or email.
Photos you upload: the 1 or 3 photos you add to create a video.
Videos we make for you: the finished MP4 and the clips used to build it.
Payment records: Stripe processes all payments. We see the amount, the date and the credit pack you bought, never your full card number.
Technical and security data: session information, IP address, browser information and service logs used to keep the site working and prevent abuse.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session.
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores account, task and media data.
fal.ai processes your photos and generated media. The models used to make your video may also process this data through their providers.
Stripe processes payments when you buy credits.
These providers may process data outside your country. Their use and retention of data depend on the model and service used and are subject to the applicable service terms and privacy policies.

To make your gas station dance video. Your photos are sent to our AI providers (fal.ai and the models it runs) only for that purpose.
To keep your credits, purchases and videos in your account.
To answer your support requests and prevent abuse.

Uploaded photos: we normally delete our uploaded-photo copy after about 7 days. Copies sent to fal.ai and its model providers have separate retention rules; deleting our copy does not delete those copies. See fal.ai's privacy policy.
Finished videos: kept in your account until you ask us to delete them or close your account.
Payment records: kept as long as the law requires.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email us at support@gasstationdanceai.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Account and video deletion requests are handled by email. Payment records that we are required to retain may remain after an account is closed.
