How to report music, photos, videos or names used without permission, and what we do about it
Gas Station Dance is an independent fan tool for the gas station dance trend. If you believe something made with it uses your rights without permission, tell us and we will look at it quickly.
What you can report
- Music in videos. You own or represent the rights in music or audio that plays in videos made with Gas Station Dance.
- Photos and videos of you. Someone uploaded your photo without your consent, or a video made with the service shows you without your consent.
- Names and trademarks. You believe our use of your name or trademark suggests a connection with you that does not exist.
How to send a notice
Email support@gasstationdanceai.com with the subject "Takedown request" and include:
- your name and how to reach you, and who you represent if you act for someone else;
- what you are reporting: a link, a copy of the video, or a description precise enough for us to find it;
- the right involved: the music or other work you own, your likeness, or your trademark;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and that your notice is accurate.
If the report is about a photo of you, we may ask you to confirm it is you. We use that only to handle your request.
What we do
- We confirm that we received your notice and aim to reply within 3 business days.
- When a notice is valid, we remove or disable the content. For a video made from someone's photos, we delete the stored video and any uploaded photos we still hold. For something we provide ourselves, such as the music in videos, we change or remove it.
- We close accounts that repeatedly upload other people's photos without consent or otherwise break our Terms of Service.
- If something of yours was removed and you believe it was a mistake, reply to our email and explain why. We will review it.
